  • Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, cases, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange or return.

  • Clearance or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged on arrival.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or alternative product may be offered.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
