Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, cases, and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Clearance or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged on arrival.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or alternative product may be offered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
